By accessing or using the FunnyPlace Studio wiki ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the Service. FunnyPlace Studio reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

FunnyPlace Studio operates a community wiki dedicated to providing information about our Roblox experience, including items, vehicles, weapons, gamepasses, leaks and other in-game content. The Service is provided "as is" and may change at any time.

To contribute to the wiki, you may need to create an account using a valid invitation code generated by a staff member. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. User-Generated Content

Contributors with appropriate permissions may add, edit, or remove wiki content. By submitting content, you grant FunnyPlace Studio a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, modify, and distribute that content within the Service.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post offensive, harassing, hateful, or illegal content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Use the Service to distribute malware, spam, or phishing material.
• Impersonate FunnyPlace Studio staff, developers, or other users.
• Scrape, copy or redistribute the wiki for commercial purposes without permission.

6. Leaks and Sensitive Information

The "Current Leaks" section aggregates information published on our official Discord server. FunnyPlace Studio does not guarantee the accuracy of leaked content and may remove information at its discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, artwork and game content associated with FunnyPlace Studio remain the property of FunnyPlace Studio. The Roblox name and related trademarks are property of Roblox Corporation. We are not affiliated with Roblox Corporation.

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. FunnyPlace Studio disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FunnyPlace Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
